Services
Storyfarm New Media, LLC provides professional video production and related services. Services are provided under written agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

Payments and Billing
Payments are made via invoices or payment links and are recurring unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or access until payment is received.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

Cancellation and Termination
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs after this period, a cancellation fee equal to 15 percent of the total value of the engagement will apply. Notice must be provided in writing by email.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Storyfarm New Media, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy or resell our materials. We grant a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful activity, interference with systems, unauthorized access, or misuse of content or communications.
